By accessing or using refimycar.autos (the “Site”), operated by AiresProp LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AiresProp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

The Site presents a short online form about comparing auto loan refinance options and, based on your answer, connects you with LendingTree, which operates a network of independent lenders (“Advertising Partner”) that may be able to assist you. AiresProp LLC is a marketing referral service only: we are not a lender, we do not make loan offers, we do not provide financial advice, and we are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any specific lender in LendingTree’s network.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults (18 or older) located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. Eligibility for any loan or refinance offer depends on factors set by LendingTree and its network of lenders (which may include creditworthiness, loan amount, and other factors), not solely on your location.

4. Advertising and compensation disclosure

AiresProp LLC may receive compensation from LendingTree when you click through, submit information to, or otherwise engage with its website. This compensation does not cost you anything extra and does not influence the accuracy of the general information presented on this Site — but it is the reason this Site exists.

5. No guarantee; not professional advice

We make no representations or warranties about whether you will qualify for, be approved for, or receive any particular rate, term, or loan offer from LendingTree or any lender in its network. Nothing on this Site is professional, financial, or legal advice. Any decision to engage LendingTree or a lender is solely between you and that company.

6. Third-party sites

Once you leave the Site by clicking an answer, you are subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of LendingTree’s website, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, layout, and graphics are owned by AiresProp LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Site; (c) misrepresent your identity or location to bypass geographic restrictions; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRESPROP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR LENDINGTREE’S WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiresProp LLC, its members, and its agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AiresProp LLC regarding the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.

16. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
